ABOUT ME

I’m Matt, the owner of PricingPro. I’m from Midway, Utah, a small town next to Park City.

I got started in vacation rentals during college when I bought a tiny-house-on-wheels and put it in an RV park near a national park here in Utah. I loved it so much that I started managing other vacation rentals as well.

As a property manager, one of the most tedious and time consuming tasks for me was to price the rentals, because PriceLabs isn’t a “set it and forget it” software. Since it was taking so much time and energy, I created an extremely efficient and effective process to continuously optimize PriceLabs. My methods were increasing revenue so much that other people started asking me if I would start pricing their rentals as well. Thus, PricingPro was born!

Fun facts:
- I was an all-American collegiate racquetball player at BYU
- I was a missionary in Brazil for 2 years after graduating high school
- I’m married and have two children

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is always to earn you more than you pay us. If at any point you feel that hasn’t been the case, we may consider a refund or early cancellation on a case-by-case basis. In practice, we’ve never had to do this—our clients consistently earn significantly more than what they pay for our service.

That said, as long as we’re generating more value than we charge, our standard policy is as follows: You’re free to cancel at any time—we just ask for a 3-month written notice before the cancellation takes effect. This notice applies whether you're ending all services or just removing an individual listing. All payments are non-refundable, including any unused portion of service during the notice period.
